About Us
Synchronicity, Conversations and Shared Journeys
Fifteen years ago a transcontinental conversation began between Tony and Karen about energy, mind-body medicine, spirituality and our place in the universe. That conversation led to the development of workshops and CD programs designed to help people reduce stress, access the mind-body connection and learn to manage energy.
Fast forward to six years ago when early one Friday morning Peg and Karen both found themselves at a business network breakfast meeting. It did not take long to realize that we shared a common worldview —one that embraced an energetic perspective on life, health and the individual and collective co-creation of reality. Since we each felt that we had complimentary skills and experience that could benefit our clients, we designed a series of Inside-Out Seminars that we presented over the next couple of years. Our combined efforts then found a home in a bi-monthly Complementary Health Column in a local newspaper for the following four years.
These shared ventures were very well received by many people and we felt gratified (and at times happily overwhelmed!) by the feedback regarding how the information and tools had helped them navigate their lives with more ease, grace and satisfaction. People told us that they were cutting out our articles and saving them as well as passing them along to others that they felt could benefit! We were indeed grateful that we were able to provide help and that the materials had been of use in ways that we had never imagined.
The conversation continued and we decided to embark on the adventure of bringing the materials to a broader audience and Living Energy was born! We developed a teleclass that began a year ago and continues to be presented twice a year. Next came the Living Energy CD and manual that is a foundation for future programs that will help teach the principles of energy management.
Synchronicity being what it is, Tony not only knew the territory we were traveling and could put music to our words, but his path had also led him to acquire the skills and ability to record and produce audio programs. He graciously agreed to patiently and quite expertly hold our hands as we learned how to speak our truth into the microphone without popping our P's or making ambient noise!
It has been fun, exciting and an enormous growth experience as we have sought to blend our hearts and spirits to create Living Energy and bring these materials to life.
We have learned a great deal and most assuredly will continue to learn as we share and support each other in life and in this growing venture. It is our heartfelt wish that you find the means through the notes, words and music of Living Energy materials to connect with the deep wellspring of your authentic self and skillfully flow your new found energy into a life you love to live!
