Caregivers have unique stresses and risks for burn out. A compassionate, heart centered, whole person approach to self care can reduce stress, and eliminate your danger of burn out!

 This program teaches you how to renew, rebuild and restore your energy. 
 

You will learn about:

  • Heartfelt care VS “overcare”
  • Caregiving as a spiritual journey
  • Tools to develop energetic limits and boundaries
  • How to maintain a sense of self in the midst of a sea of demands
  • Methods to rebuild restore and renew mental, emotional and physical energy
  • Techniques to maintain mental and emotional equilibrium in the face of stress

Program Overview: Participants call in via phone from wherever you are located. Each class is recorded. If the time is not convenient for you or you miss a class, you can download each class to your computer and listen at your convenience.  Each class will include information about releasing stress, time for group sharing and discussion and a meditation or energy exercise.
