Energy Tip: Spiritual Aerobics!
Adopt a soft, open, spacious awareness periodically throughout your day and allow yourself to nonjudgmentally become aware of your feeling state. This gentle practice can help you know more about what needs to be released from within in order to create more open space for new energy to be available to you.
Some questions to engage this process:
What am I feeling right now?
What has the emotional tone of my day been?
Does this feeling help or hinder me?
Am I willing to let it go?
If not, what part of me is in need of nurturing attention?
When you are ready to release use your breath and perhaps some meaningful imagery to send a powerful message to your bodymind/subconscious to release the troubling emotional state and enter into the fullness of ease, peace and surrender. As you work more with this process, it gets easier to release in the moment and your inner neural circuitry for release gets stronger.
